Amazing Encouragement

No stitching today.  I had to have lithotripsy for a few kidney stones I have so am a bit under the weather and have been resting; which I will continue to do when finished here.  But, I wanted to share this video with you.  It is so encouraging as to looking past our challenges to God's strength and to understand that our responses to our challenges can actually exalt and glorify God.  He is always there ready to lift us up  - amazing grace.  I hope you will find as much encouragement in Nick's words as I did.

And, I want to invite you to join me in an extraordinary class I am taking with Shabby Cottage Studio's, Creative Workshops Online.  I am really enjoying the Altered Fabric Book class with Nellie Wortman and highly recommend it.  She uses various techniques and wonderful textures to make fabric journals or anthology books that really inspire the imagination and capture special memories.  Take a peek and come join me - I will begin posting my ongoing journey into this wonderful realm of creativity as I begin to explore her techniques and build signatures for my book.  They also offer a number of other great workshops.  I have taken quite a few including how to use Photoshop and how to create Digital Grounds for printing images.  It is a wonderful way to learn from home and practice as you go in your own studio space.
